FLASH is a stabilized multi-dose permanent wave solution that provides permanent wave with added protection. FLASH 1 stabilized perm is suitable for natural (normal) hair. Its neutralizing lotion seals the action of the perm solution thanks to its carefully elaborated formula containing collagen, which replenishes the hydration lost during the perming process. Hydrolyzed soya proteins permit regeneration of the hair cuticle and Flash Neutralizing Technology with collagen offers maximum hydration. Result: flexible and bouncy curls, healthy hair, and hairstyles which are easy to maintain. Wash hair and towel dry. Apply perm solution, according to the technique. Reapply the solution and give finishing touches. Check the progress of the perm during the processing. Processing time: 15-20 minutes. Rinse with abundant water, towel dry and neutralize. Preliminary sensitivity test: apply a small amount of solution to a patch of skin behind the ear. Leave for 24 hours. Check the test area watching indicators of an allergy: irritation or rash.
